The machine is easy to operate, and the internal circulating water cools the pressed foundation pieces to improve the cold cutting time of the wax, thus increasing the efficiency of the production of the foundation, and the beeswax does not need a release agent. Simply pour the hot wax into the mold and wait for the sheet to cool and cure. With practice, you can produce 40-60 nest bases per hour. This standard machine is for making 420 × 210 cm hive foundation for Lang Syne hives. This foundation machine is suitable for the standard 5.4 mm house diameter (780 cells/dm²). However, it is also possible to produce different sizes of house diameters on request, including 4.9mm and 5.1mm
